Qualifications
Currently, I am employed as full-time faculty at Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwe University creating and teaching master and bachelor level Human Services courses and AODA counseling courses through online and hybrid learning formats. I also work as a mental health counselor for Rum River Counseling in MN where I engage in assessment, diagnosis, and individual outpatient telecounseling.
Additionally, I am a Grant Writer for the Lower Sioux Indian Community in MN. Previously, I spent 8 years as Program Manager for the Bad River AODA Program in Northern WI where I conducted counseling, program development, research, and grant writing to maximize the reach of the program and assist individuals into recovery.
